Every new property we have the opportunity to clean has a thorough home inspection with photos and score card prior to us starting services. This will go over in detail what we may see as an inconsistency in your guests’ experience. Could be from mismatched lines, items that may be damaged to certain appliances not operating as they should or a flickering light. Whatever it may be, you will know.

The ultimate goal is for your guests to have the best overall experience as possible while in your home. We will make recommendations based on our experience from other homes that may help with more revenue for your home per booking.

  • Multi-point home inspection
    We go into detail with your home inspection. You will receive photos and description of damage, stains, or any improvements we can recommend that would elevate your guests experience when they book your home.
  • Deep Cleaning
    This is an important part of any rental we take over. Sometimes things get overlooked and after a while they become the only thing that gets looked at. We start with a clean slate to maintain your home between your bookings.
  • Monthly Maintenance Program
    We have an optional monthly maintenance program that you can sign up for. During that time we can handle the common maintenance items that sometimes get overlooked. Saving you money from calling another business to handle the small things. Light bulbs out? Automatic door lock
    batteries have been blinking for weeks and no one notified you? Air filter having a hard time breathing? Just a few things we take care of under the program.
  • Turnover Cleaning
    This is where we handle your cleaning between guests. We only use our own cleaning techs. Never outsourced to another company or some stranger off some online post. We are fully insured, bonded, & licensed at or about state requirements. We can even provide all your startup
    essentials. From paper products are factory wrapped to toiletries are factory sealed.
  • Linen Program (View PDF)
    Clean Force Services Group has partnered with a large hotel supplier. This will allow us to provide your guests with hotel quality sheets, towels, guest amenities and more. We have a full suite of items available so your guests can have the best experience possible.
